It applies to the websitedrinkquality.com, to our phone and text message communications, and to the water well drilling, watertreatment, well pump repair and replacement, waterproofing, pressure washing, and water heaterservices we provide in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
By using our website, submitting a request form, calling us, or exchanging text messages with us, you agree to this Privacy Policy and these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our messaging services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information we need to answer your question, quote your work, schedule yourappointment, and follow up afterward.

- Details about your request — the service you need, the equipment involved, and any notes you provide about the problem.
- Payment and financing information — collected and processed by our payment and financing partners. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

- Pages viewed on drinkquality.com, the date and time of the visit, and the referring page.

Call and message records
When you call our main line, your call may be answered or assisted by an automated virtual agent working on our behalf, and calls may be recorded or transcribed for scheduling accuracy, quality assurance, and training. When you text us, we retain the message content and metadata so we have a record of your request and your consent choices.

3. Quality Water Systems SMS Messaging Service
This section describes the Quality Water Systems text messaging program and the terms that apply to it.

If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Quality WaterSystems related to your service request, appointment scheduling and confirmations, technicianarrival and dispatch updates, follow-up about an inquiry or an estimate you requested, billingand payment notices, and membership service reminders. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages — by checking the SMS consent box on a request form on drinkquality.com, by telling our office or our virtual agent that texts are okay during a phone call, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you can book an appointment with us without opting in to text messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number of messages you receive depends on your appointments, open estimates, and service needs. You will typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.
Quality Water Systems does not charge for textmessages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Contact yourwireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to stop messages and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further text messages from this program.

Supported carriers and devices
The program is available on most major United States wireless carriers. Text messaging requires a mobile device capable of receiving SMS messages and an active wireless plan.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing orpromotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number. Your mobile number and your SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, affiliate, advertising network, data broker, or lead buyer for their own marketing, promotional, or advertising use. All other categories of information may be shared only as described in Section 5 of this document.

4. Automated Calls and Voice Communications
By giving us your phone number, you also agree that Quality Water Systems and the service provider sacting on our behalf may call you about your service request, including with an automated or artificial voice assistant, and may leave voicemail. These calls may be recorded. You may ask us at any time to stop calling you, or to speak only with a member of our office staff, by telling the person or assistant on the call or by contacting us using the details in Section 13.
5. When We Share Information
We share personal information only in the limited circumstances below, and never for a third party'sown marketing.
Service providers acting for us
Scheduling and dispatch software, our customer relationship andfield service management system, our answering and virtual agent provider, messaging andtelephony providers, payment processors, financing partners, and website hosting. These vendorsmay use your information only to perform work for Quality Water Systems and are not permitted touse it for their own purposes.
Technicians and subcontractors
assigned to your job, who receive the information needed toperform the work.
Manufacturers and warranty administrators, where a warranty claim or equipment registration requires it.
Professional advisors such as our accountants, insurers, and attorneys.
Legal and safety
Where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights,property, or safety of Quality Water Systems, our customers, or the public.
Business transfer.
If Quality Water Systems is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets,information may transfer to the successor, which will remain bound by this Policy.
As stated in Section 3, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing formarketing or promotional purposes, including sharing with advertising or analytics platforms.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which pages are useful. 7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as we need it to service your equipment, honor warranties, resolve disputes, and meet our tax, licensing, and insurance obligations. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained for at least four years, as messaging regulations require. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls on our scheduling and customer systems, encryption in transit, and vendor agreements that require appropriate security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately using the details in Section 13.
9. Your Rights and Choices

10. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
